A. The day you approve the order summary is the first day of your order turnaround time. After you make the payment, your order summary is provided to you within 24 to 48 hours.
Q. What is the MOQ supported by your service?
A. You can order as low as 200 pieces of similar apparel design/color. We also support 50 pieces in some specific conditions (terms & conditions applied). Brands, in this way, can check the market for their designs.
Q. What is the estimated shipping cost?
A. The cost of shipping would primarily depend on the type of product and the quantity of your order. When you send us your design for a quote, we will be able to offer you an accurate estimate that includes everything because the prices we provide include shipping.
Q. Can you provide a fabric selection service?
A. Sure, we are flexible on this and can provide you with it.
Q. Can you do rush orders?
A. Yes, we do provide the service of a rush order. Just indicate that your production order should be rushed when you are ordering. Because if you have submitted an order and then asked for it to be rushed, there is a chance our schedule of Production will not allow us to fulfil your order as requested at the rushed time. There is a rush fee which is calculated by the day.

A. At present, We work with only D2C brands with an annual turnover of 1Mn and above

A. Payments can be made through Online Bank Transfer or Credit/Debit Cards (Master Cards or Visa Cards).
