Return & Cancellation Policy

What is your return policy?

We offer return/replacement of Products ordered on Fashinza as per the terms agreed in the Buyer Agreement/ Purchase Order. However, sample products specified as “Non- Returnable” for which our Sellers do not a offer return/replacement. Please refer to the return policy mentioned under the ‘delivery and return’ terms agreed in the Agreement or in the Purchase Order. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

What is the refund policy for the returned item?

We endeavour to process your refunds within 15 business days from the date the returned product clears the Q.C at the supplier location. However, the refund is subject to the transaction and processing time taken by the bank after the NEFT is initiated by Fashinza. In case of any refund discrepancies, Fashinza may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement. Fashinza may refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative behaviour that entitles Fashinza to a claim against you.

How does Refund work on based on the different modes of payment?

If you have paid for the order using bank account, then the refunded amount gets credited to your bank/credit card account within 7 business days from the date of by Fashinza, after the products clear the Q.C process.

How do I return/exchange my order?

We offer easy self-service return process. To return/exchange your order, please follow these steps:

  • Raise the Return Request
  • Assigned Account Manager Will Investigate the Case
  • If return approved than Request will forward to Supplier
  • Item detail share with supplier that you want to return
  • You will get a refund once your order is received by supplier & checked for quality subject to applicable exceptions.

To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

  • If cancellation approved than Request will forward to the Supplier
  • Item detail share with supplier that you want to cancel
  • You will get a refund once cancellation confirmation received by the Supplier.
